Another top rating for Orth Kluth - kanzleimonitor 2021/2022 confirms good result from the previous year

Dr Julius Böckmann and Dr Markus Berndt listed as leading lawyers

In the ninth edition of the "kanzleimonitor", the Orth Kluth law firm once again received top ratings and is recommended by experts in legal departments. The firm sees its successful work and its broad positioning confirmed, for example, by the increase in positive ratings for individual lawyers and areas of law compared to last year. For example, the firm was ranked 14th in the area of "breadth of services" and thus belongs to the top group of commercial law firms in the country.

In this year's "kanzleimonitor", the firm received recommendations from the experts in ten areas of law:

  • Labour law
  • Compliance
  • European and International Law
  • Corporate Law
  • Industrial Property Law
  • Real Estate and Construction Law
  • Litigation & ADR
  • Product Liability
  • Insurance Law
  • Contract Law

For employment law, compliance and insurance law, Orth Kluth received recommendations from lawyers from 860 companies and institutions for the first time in the current study.

Two partners among the top lawyers

Equity Partner Dr. Julius Böckmann - practice group Contracts, Trade & Distribution - is again listed among the top 100 lawyers and as leading lawyer for the areas "Contract Law" and "Litigation & ADR", both in fourth place. Dr Markus Berndt is listed as the leading lawyer in the field of criminal law, who is also repeatedly voted to the top positions in other surveys.

With rank 42 in the Top 100 evaluation of law firms, Orth Kluth successfully maintains its ranking this year after rank 40 in the previous year. Orth Kluth would like to thank all participants in the study for their recommendations and for the trust they have already placed in the law firm.

The "kanzleimonitor" study follows the principle that client recommendations are the best reference. This year, 860 companies took part in the ninth edition, providing around 8,000 recommendations for law firms in Germany. The participants in the survey affirm in writing that they are employed as permanent lawyers in a company, institution, corporation or diplomatic representation or are members of a corporate body with responsibility for the legal department.

The "kanzleimonitor" is published by the Deutsches Institut für Rechtsabteilungen und Unternehmensjuristen GmbH (diruj), a company of the dfv Mediengruppe. The complete study can be ordered at kanzleimonitor.de.
