Simon Grosse-Brockhoff advises in all areas of employment and service contract law. He accompanies enterprises in complex restructurings, personnel adjustments, M&A transactions and in matters of works constitution law. Another key focus of his legal advice is the design of collective working conditions and the digitalization of HR processes. In this context, the legal design of HR workflows and Legal Tech tools as well as the implementation of IT systems under works constitution law and data protection law are important areas of his legal advice. 

He has been a lawyer at Orth Kluth since 2009, became a Salary Partner in 2011 and has been a Partner since 2016.

Simon Grosse-Brockhoff studied law at the University of Passau and at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University in Bonn. There, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Labour Law and Social Security Law of Prof. Dr. Gregor Thüsing, LL.M. and received his Doctorate in Law in 2008. He completed his court clerkship in Düsseldorf and Hongkong. Since 2013 he is a Certified Specialist in Labour Law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht).
