Dr. Simon Grosse-Brockhoff
Simon Grosse-Brockhoff advises in all areas of employment law and service contract law. An essential focus of his advice is the consulting of companies in complex restructurings, personnel adjustments and in works constitution matters. The structuring of working conditions and the employment law support of M&A transactions are further important areas of expertise.
He joined Orth Kluth as a lawyer in 2009, became a Salary Partner in 2011 and has been a Partner since 2016.
Simon Grosse-Brockhoff studied law at the University of Passau and at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University in Bonn. There, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Labour Law and Social Security Law of Prof. Dr. Gregor Thüsing, LL.M. and received his Doctorate in Law in 2008. He completed his court clerkship in Düsseldorf and Hongkong. Since 2013 he is a Certified Specialist in Labour Law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht).
