Acceleratio Capital, advised by investor Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. (KKR), has announced on the 8th of december 2016 a public takeover-bid for the shares in Nürnberg based market research company GfK.

For the Legal Due Diligence, which was required for the tender preparation, KKR cooperated with a team of lawyers from Orth Kluth Rechtsanwälte covering all relevant legal areas.
