Once again, Orth Kluth maintains its successful placement in this year's kanzleimonitor 2020/2021 in the Top 100 evaluation with rank 40. With recommendations for 14 fields of law, Orth Kluth reaches 12th place in the category "range of services".

Equity Partner Dr. Julius Böckmann, Commercial Law, ranks 13th among the top 100 lawyers with 11 recommendations and is ranked third in the categories "Commercial Law" and "Litigation & ADR".

The practice group "Commercial Law" achieves again the 8th place in the category Contract Law compared to the previous year; in the category "Litigation & ADR" Orth Kluth achieves a shared 6th place.

The study follows the principle that client recommendations are the best reference. The eighth edition of the kanzleimonitor, published by the Deutsches Institut für Rechtsabteilungen und Unternehmensjuristen GmbH (diruj), a company of the dfv Mediengruppe, this year included 603 companies which made 5,610 recommendations for law firms in Germany. The participants in the study affirm that they work as permanently employed lawyers in a company, institution, corporation or diplomatic mission or are members of a corporate body with responsibility for the legal department.
