In December 2019, Krauss GmbH sold its company, including the factory premises in Ludwigsfelde (Brandenburg), to the MTU group of companies by way of an asset deal. The sold company, which has approximately 35 employees, is particularly active in the areas of consulting and development as well as surface engineering in general and specifically for the aviation industry.

Orth Kluth has legally advised Krauss GmbH during the whole selling process and has led the contract negotiations.
