Christian Meyer advises on D&O-liability, M&A, corporate law and compliance. Christian Meyer has a particular focus on D&O-liability and D&O-insurance law. In addition, he regu-larly advises on transactions of various sizes.

He had previously worked as a lawyer for Hengeler Mueller in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt be-fore joining Orth Kluth in 2007. He became a Partner of Orth Kluth in 2014.

Christian Meyer studied law at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn and subsequently worked at Société d'Avocat Vogel & Vogel, Paris, for six months. In 2002 he received his Doctorate in Law from Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf.
