Commercial law firm Orth Kluth has been listed again in the Kanzleimonitor ranking, securing 49th position in the category of ‘Germany’s Top 100 Corporate Law Firms’. 

The law firm was recommended by the in-house counsels in the legal areas of:

• Property and construction law
• Litigation & ADR
• Product liability
• Insurance law
• Contract law

Equity partner Dr Julius Böckmann was also ranked 37th among ‘Germany’s Top 100 Lawyers’ and recommended as a top lawyer in the legal areas of ‘contract law’, ‘litigation & ADR’ and ‘insurance law’. 

As in the previous year, Dr Markus Berndt was listed as a top lawyer for criminal law, and Dr Frank Wältermann was recommended again as a top product liability lawyer.
