This year’s azur Awards ceremony and the azur Top 100 ranking confirm that Orth Kluth is one of the 5 most attractive employers in North Rhine-Westphalia, which means it is also one of the Top 100 employers in Germany.

The associates and candidates in this year’s azur-survey particularly praised the recently introduced career level of Senior Associate and the flexitime models for employees throughout the hierarchy as examples of workplace equality. Respondents were also very positive about the opportunity to get involved in legal tech projects.
