Simon Frye advises on all contractual and procedural matters of national and international commercial and contract law.

He joined Orth Kluth in 2021.Prior to that, he worked as lawyer at the lawfirm Gleiss Lutz in Düsseldorf.

Simon Frye studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms-University Münster, where he received his doctorate in 2013. He completed his legal traineeship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm. He later obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Law from the University of Exeter.
