Nikola Lachmann advises in the areas of corporate law and M&A. She joined Orth Kluth as a lawyer in 2022.

Nikola Lachmann studied law at the University of Münster and the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia. At the same time, she completed a specialized foreign language qualification in Anglo-American law in an accompanying course at the University of Münster. She subsequently worked as a research assistant at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek and Orth Kluth in Düsseldorf. She completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court with stations at the art collection NRW and the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court among others.
