Maximilian Grett specialises in advising on renewable energy law, energy industry law and construction planning law issues. He specialises in particular in project-related support for energy infrastructure projects, with a focus on the implementation of decentralised generation plants. His clients include project developers, investors and energy suppliers.

He joined Orth Kluth as a lawyer in 2024. He previously worked for another medium-sized commercial law firm in Berlin.

Maximilian Grett studied law at Leibnitz University in Hanover and completed his legal clerkship in Berlin and Dar es Salaam (Tanzania).
