Markus Kreuzkamp is an expert in patent, trademark, design, utility model, copyright, competition and employee invention law. He joined Orth Kluth as counsel in Düsseldorf in 2022.

Having founded his own office firm in 1996, Markus Kreuzkamp developed this in the following years to a medium-sized partnership, growing to have nine lawyers. The office always focussed on industrial property rights. He most recently worked as Counsel in a large legal and patent lawyer network.

Markus Kreuzkamp studied law at the Universities of Cologne and Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne) and also spent part of his traineeship in Paris. He was a member of various advisory and supervisory boards, and continues to work as a speaker, including on the subject of trademark law.
