Lukas Stangier advises businesses as well as individuals on all aspects of commercial criminal law. His work focuses on criminal compliance and internal investigations.

He has been a lawyer with Orth Kluth since 2022. Prior to that, he worked as a public prosecutor.

Lukas Stangier studied law at the Westphalian Wilhelms University of Münster. After his studies, he worked as a research assistant in a Düsseldorf-based law firm specializing in commercial and criminal tax law. Lukas Stangier completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm with stations at a tax office for criminal tax matters and tax investigations as well as at a criminal division of a District Court, among others.
