Jana Ross advises in all areas of collective and individual employment law as well as in service contract law. Her main focus is advising and representing companies and executives in litigation as well as in drafting of (collective) working conditions. She also advises employers on issues relating to social security law and the deployment. of external personnel.

Jana Ross joined Orth Kluth in 2021, having previously worked in the field of labor law for 3 years at Hopfgarten Rechtsanwälte in Wuppertal already.

She studied law at the Westfälischen-Wilhelms-University in Münster and the Heinrich-Heine-University in Düsseldorf as well as at the University René Descartes in Paris. Besides her studies in Münster she took additional studies in the field of Anglo-American law. Jana Ross completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Wuppertal. In 2023 she qualified as a Certified Specialist in Labour Law (Fachanwältin für Arbeitsrecht).
