Peter Kluth focuses on civil procedural law, contract law and M&A. In 1997 he established the law firm Orth Kluth & Kollegen jointly with Dr Robert Orth.

Peter Kluth studied law at the University of Cologne and received his Doctorate in Law from the University of Düsseldorf in 1998.
