Dr. Kerstin Bogusch
Kerstin Bogusch advises on public commercial law as well as on private construction law and neighbouring law. Her practice focuses on state aid and subsidies law, environmental and planning law, waste law, public building law and monument protection law as well as commercial road traffic law. Due to her competence in private construction law, she often acts as an interface between public and private construction law.
Kerstin Bogusch joined Orth Kluth as a lawyer in 2016. Previously she worked as a lawyer in a commercial law firm located in Cologne.
Kerstin Bogusch studied law at the University of Cologne and completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, including a stint at the European representation of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers in Brussels. She then worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Private International Law and Comparative Law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn. She received her doctorate in law from the University of Bonn in 2016.
