David Brosende advises German and international clients on real estate law as well as public construction and planning law. His advisory focus is on real estate transactions and project developments.

He joined Orth Kluth as a salary partner in 2021. Previously, he was Counsel at the Berlin commercial law firm Sammler Usinger. 

David Brosende studied law at the Universities of Göttingen and Palermo. In 2021, he received his doctorate from the Free University of Berlin.
