Constanze Mühleisen, née Schmall, advises in the areas of D&O liability, corporate litigation, corporate law and M&A. Constanze Mühleisen has a focus on corporate liability law and D&O insurance law. She joined Orth Kluth as a lawyer in 2015 and was appointed Salary Partner in 2020.

Constanze Mühleisen studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg and the University of Ottawa (Canada). She subsequently worked as a research assistant at Hogan Lovells and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Düsseldorf. She completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court with a secondment to the German Embassy in Vienna (Austria).
