Beatrice Kemper LL.M.
Beatrice Kemper advises in all areas of collective and individual employment law as well as in service contract law. The main focus of her advisory work is on restructuring and personnel adjustments as well as the structuring of (collective) working conditions. In addition, she regularly advises companies on the interface with real estate law, in particular in the context of real estate transactions.
Beatrice Kemper joined Orth Kluth in 2021, having previously worked as a lawyer for 5 years at Hopfgarten Rechtsanwälte in Wuppertal and before that at RPO Rechtsanwälte in Cologne.
She studied law at the University of Cologne and completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Bonn. In addition to her legal clerkship, she obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the Distance-Learning University of Hagen in the continuing education program "Lawyers' Law and Lawyers' Practice". She is currently completing the master's degree program (LL.M.) "Real Estate Law" at JurGrad gGmbH in Münster on a part-time basis.
