Ulla Kelp specialises in trademark, design and copyright law, competition law, patent and utility model law, the law of R&D/cooperation and license agreements, employee invention law as well as media, IT and data protection law.

She joined Orth Kluth as a lawyer in 2001. She previously worked as a lawyer for Hengeler Mueller in Düsseldorf. In 2014 she became Salary Partner at Orth Kluth and 2019 Partner.

Ulla Kelp studied law as well as the French and Italian in Marburg, Paris, Rome and Cologne. She received her Doctorate in Law from the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf in 2003 and completed an LL.M on Intellectual Property Rights at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf in 2005.

Ulla Kelp is a Certified Specialist in Labour Law and Intellectual Property Rights (Fachanwältin sowohl für Arbeitsrecht als auch Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz).
