Christina Cannistra advises clients in the fields of corporate law and M&A. She has a particular focus on transformation law and the law of corporate groups. She regularly accompanies transactions, investment rounds and corporate restructurings. She joined Orth Kluth in 2009 and was appointed as Salary Partner in 2016. She is part of the Legal Tech Team at Orth Kluth.

Christina Cannistra studied law at Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and received her Doctorate in Law from the University of Cologne in 2013. She passed her legal clerkship in Düsseldorf with a secondment to Dublin/Ireland.

Christina Cannistra is member of the academic corporate law association (Wissenschaftliche Vereinigung für Unternehmens- und Gesellschaftsrecht (VGR)).
