Shan LIU focuses on corporate and M&A matters and primarily advises Chinese clients via our China Desk. She joined Orth Kluth in 2015 as a Legal Consultant, having previously worked as a Legal Consultant for the China Desk of a Munich law firm since 2011.

Shan LIU completed her bachelor's degree in Law in Shandong, PR China. This was followed by a master's degree in Law in Beijing, PR China. In 2008 she was admitted as a lawyer in the People's Republic of China. In the following year Shan LIU received her Legum Magister (LL.M.) at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. She received his Doctorate in Law from Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich in 2022.
