Frederike Woltering, née Schlicht, advises on all aspects of national and international commercial and contract law, in particular in the areas of contract drafting, contractual disputes and litigation.

She joined Orth Kluth in 2019. Prior to that, she worked for the lawfirm Clifford Chance in Düsseldorf.

Frederike Woltering studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg i. Br. and Westfälische Wilhelms-University Münster. She completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court, including stations in Copenhagen and San Francisco, as well as at an international corporate law firm in Düsseldorf.
