René Runte advises on construction and real estate law. His practice focuses on project development, project-related advice, construction contracting law, architectural and engineering law as well as construction law litigation. He joined Orth Kluth in 2009. Between 2000 and 2004, he had worked as a lawyer for PwC Veltins (now Heussen), before joining Mütze Korsch following the spin-off of PwC Veltins.
René Runte studied law at the University of Osnabrück. Thereafter he spent one year as a visiting researcher at New York University, School of Law, N.Y.. He received his Doctorate in Law from Goethe University Frankfurt/Main in 2003.
