Carolin Kölker specialises in real estate transactions, real estate development, real estate law and commercial tenancy law. Her focus is on corporate real estate and institutional investors as well as advising family offices in relation to commercial real estate investments. She joined Orth Kluth in 2008 after previously working as a lawyer at Taylor Wessing in Düsseldorf for six years. In 2014 she was appointed as Salary Partner at Orth Kluth.

Carolin Kölker completed her law studies at Westfälische Wilhelms-University in Münster, Université de Lausanne and the University of Cologne.
