Anne Cathrin Sack advises companies in all areas of the domestic and international commercial and contract law. A focus of her practice besides the drafting of contracts are civil disputes and litigation. She joined Orth Kluth in 2017 and had previously worked as an in-house lawyer in a medium-sized company.

Anne Cathrin Sack studied law and completed a specialised foreign language training for lawyers in Common Law (FFA) at Westfälische Wilhelms-University in Münster and Université Panthéon-Assas in Paris. Subsequently she attended an LL.M. study programme in International Trade and Economic Law at the University of the West of England in Bristol, UK.
