Andreas Broich advises companies on contractual, commercial and liability law issues.

Andreas Broich has special expertise and experience in advising on complex logistics projects and in the area of logistics outsourcing.

Another focus of his work is advising internationally and nationally operating companies on the legal structuring of supply and distribution relationships, on purchasing and quality assurance, and on investment projects.

Andreas Broich also regularly advises and represents companies in enforcing or defending claims – out of court and in court.

He joined Orth Kluth as a lawyer in 2012 and was appointed Salary Partner in 2017.

Andreas Broich is a member of the German Logistics Association (Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL) e. V.).

Andreas Broich studied business administration at the RWTH Aachen University and law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, where he also completed a parallel course of study in Anglo-American Law.
