Philippe Träm advises clients in the areas of IP-, IT-, Competition- and Data Protection Law. He joined Orth Kluth in 2021.

Philippe Träm studied law at the University of Bayreuth with a focus on intellectual property law. During his studies he also worked as a research assistant in a law firm specialized in this field. Philippe Träm completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf with secondments at the district government and Orth Kluth. He is a LL.M.-Candidate at the Heinrich-Heine-University in the IP-Program
