Philippe Träm advises clients in the areas of IP, especially trademarks and patents as well as in competiton law. He joined Orth Kluth in 2021.

Philippe Träm studied law at the University of Bayreuth with a focus on intellectual property law. During his studies he also worked as a research assistant in a law firm specialized in this field. Philippe Träm completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf with secondments at the district government and in the IP/IT team at Orth Kluth.

In addition to his professional activities, he completed the LL.M. programme "Intellectual Property Rights" at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf in 2023.
