Andreas Broich advises companies on contractual, commercial and liability law issues.

One focus of his practice is advising internationally and nationally active companies on the legal set-up of supply and distribution relationships, on purchasing and quality assurance, and on investment projects.

Another focus of his practice is advising and representing companies in enforcing or defending claims - both in and out of court.

Andreas Broich also regularly advises companies from the retail and manufacturing industries on the planning, contractual set-up and implementation of complex logistics projects as well as in the area of logistics outsourcing.

Andreas Broich has been an attorney at Orth Kluth since 2012. In 2017, he was appointed Salary Partner.

Andreas Broich studied business administration at the RWTH Aachen University and law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, where he also completed a parallel course of study in Anglo-American Law.
