Alexander Falk advises on public commercial law and public procurement law. His areas of expertise include construction and environmental law, substance and product law (including labelling, REACH & other chemicals law), and public procurement law. Alexander Falk also has special expertise in the field of transport (in particular passenger transport law) as well as in foreigner law for companies. He is also a speaker and blog author on public procurement law.

Alexander Falk joined Orth Kluth as a lawyer in 2016 and was appointed as Salary Partner in 2022.

Alexander Falk studied law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf and completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court, including a stint at the German Consulate General in Bangalore, India. He worked as a research assistant and legal trainee for the law firm Luther in Düsseldorf.
