Orth Kluth embarks on the second half of its anniversary year 2022 with two salary partner appointments

As the second half of its 25th anniversary year commences, Orth Kluth has made two new salary partner appointments. Beatrice Kemper LL.M., employment law, and Dr Dominika Stachurski LL.M., regulatory law and member of the Mobility team, as well as the Hydrogen and Energy team, became salary partners on 1 July 2022.

The other partners are all delighted to be working with them going forward. “Orth Kluth has benefited from Beatrice Kemper’s employment law expertise and extensive know-how in the field of digitalisation and legal tech since she joined us in 2021,” said Dr Simon Grosse-Brockhoff, equity partner and co-head of the Employment Law practice group.

Beatrice Kemper advises clients on all aspects of collective and individual employment law and service contract law. In her consultancy work she primarily focuses on supporting M&A transactions, as well as restructuring and personnel transformation projects. She develops legal tech tools (employment law) and advises companies on employment law aspects of IT system roll-outs. Beatrice also regularly advises corporate clients on real estate issues, particularly in connection with real estate transactions.

Dr Dominika Stachurski LL.M.’s salary partner appointment adds to the legal expertise of the Regulatory practice group and the interdisciplinary Mobility, Energy and Hydrogen team. “We are delighted to have Dominika Stachurski supporting us with her expert knowledge of the energy sector and regulated markets in the many upcoming transport sector and energy transition projects,” said Dr Anselm Grün, who is a partner at Orth Kluth.

Dominika Stachurski advises clients on regulatory law, particularly in connection with the regulated transport markets. Another of her specialist fields is energy law consulting. Dominika Stachurski deals with regulatory issues relating to gas and electricity grid access structures and other infrastructural challenges. Among other roles, she is a member of the specialist ‘Mobility’ team that received the Juve Award in 2021 as ‘Law Firm of the Year for Regulated Industries’, as well as the Energy and Hydrogen team, where her many years of experience in the areas of charging infrastructures and storage technology are a major benefit in her client advisory activities.

Following the appointment of Alexander Falk (public sector and public procurement) and Dr Michael Grobe-Einsler (IP/IT/data privacy), as well as Maren Müller-Mergenthaler LL.M. (IP/IT), Volker Herrmann LL.M. (commercial) and Lukas Stähler (employment), the number of salary partners at Orth Kluth has risen to 14 female and 15 male partners in the anniversary year.
