Orth Kluth in the "Wirtschaftskanzleien" extra of the Rheinische Post: "On the move as a speedboat in the market".

In its report "Extra Wirtschaftskanzleien", the Rheinische Post writes about Orth Kluth - as a practical example of innovative and successful companies and commercial law firms:

"When a law firm that has been in existence for just 20 years and started with two lawyers is now on the road with 65 lawyers and has been in the top 50 list of the renowned trade magazine Juve for several years, then it can definitely be called a success story. We are talking about the law firm Orth Kluth."

"During the editorial visit to Düsseldorf harbour, [...] five [...] partners [...] explain how it all came about and what the prerequisites for success are. Dr Robert Orth, Dr Christiane Hoffbauer, Dr Philipp Mels, Dr Marc Henze and Boris Körner [...]"

"The lawyers decide as a team, quickly and, if possible, through short official channels."

"That's why the lawyers work closely together in a network. As a medium-sized law firm, we are proud to have specialists for all relevant areas. But the client has a contact person who brings together the expertise in the firm in teams. Large law firms often run the risk of being more cumbersome. They can exploit their advantages particularly in the equally complex large mandates. Small firms, on the other hand, are often specialised as boutiques in selected areas. Orth Kluth's speciality lies in the combination of specialisation and all-round support in a full-service law firm. There are not many of this type on the market', Boris Körner is convinced."

"Orth Kluth [structures], as their partner Dr Philipp Mels emphasises, [...] offers for (potential) clients attractively [and] relies on specialist knowledge in house for this and does not want to close itself off to any development."

"'We have remained young and always make a point of being ahead of the times', says Orth. 'When it comes to digitalisation, the lawyers also attach importance to being ahead on the other levels - both in communication with clients and in internal work. [...] 'Good know-how management improves the results of our work and makes us faster', explains Mels. [...] 'The requirement profile includes a good technical understanding, explains Henze."

"Orth [...] emphasises: 'We offer clients practical solutions and get to the point quickly.' This is obviously appreciated - as is the youthful and progress-oriented culture that interests young talent."
