Orth Kluth advises the TALIS Group in connection with the divestment of its equity interest in the Frischhut Group
The TALIS Group has sold 100% of its equity in Frischhut Group to Tiroler Rohre GmbH.
TALIS is a leading global provider of premium valves, hydrants and other solutions for irrigation, fire protection, drinking water supply and waste water applications.
Orth Kluth provided legal advice to TALIS during the divestment process.
