Orth Kluth advises one of two part owners on the sale transaction of a mall/ retail center in Voccastr. 65-69 in Herzogenrath to SCPI Novapierre Allemagne Fund (France).

The sold real estate has more than 24.300,00 sqm of rental surface and is currently fully occupied. Among the tenants are REWE, Media Markt, Roller, Deichmann and others. The perceived rent amounts to approx. 1.9 million Euro per year. The parties agreed not to disclose the price of the transaction.
