Since December 2020, Deutsche Bahn AG and VAG Verkehrs-Aktiengesellschaft Nürnberg have joined the previous nine shareholders of the networking project of Mobility inside Holding GmbH & Co. KG. This gives Mobility inside strong support and significantly increases its previous industry coverage.

Mobility inside Holding GmbH & Co. KG, provider of the digital platform launched in 2019, bundles the services of all mobility providers and makes them available nationwide. With the "Mi-App", trips by bus, train, bike and car sharing can be planned nationwide.

Orth Kluth advised Mobility inside Holding GmbH & Co. KG in negotiating the accession of Deutsche Bahn AG and VAG Verkehrs-Aktiengesellschaft Nürnberg and in drafting the consortium agreement as well as the accession documentation.
