In its supplement "Recht & Rat" (Law & Advice), Focus magazine named Orth Kluth Rechtsanwälte as a "Top Business Law Firm 2021". As in the previous year, the firm was named in the top list of commercial law firms in the areas of construction law and compliance. New additions are the listings in the areas of labour law and trade.

With this further award as a top commercial law firm this year, the successful work of the firm is once again confirmed.

The selection of the top commercial law firms is based on the recommendations of lawyers from commercial law firms as well as from the legal departments of companies. A total of about 2,700 corporate and in-house lawyers (2,300 lawyers and about 400 in-house lawyers) took part in the survey. The survey was conducted in cooperation with Fact Field.
