Orth Kluth welcomes IP lawyer Dr. Kristoff Ritlewski (38), who in july will join Orth Kluth as Of Counsel. Dr. Ritlewski – recently with Berlin law firm Hertin – reinforces the IP team around Düsseldorf based Partner Dr. Philipp Mels, which now will count seven lawyers.

Besides his activity for Orth Kluth, Dr. Ritlewski will in August be named professor for intellectual property and competition law at the university of applied sciences Hochschule Osnabrück – this is why he will not be working as Rechtsanwalt, but as an Of Counsel.

The first bigger joint project is the legal counseling of TÜV Rheinland on trademark and competition law, which Dr. Ritlewski has been counseling for years. Orth Kluth recently got mandated in this matter.
