In its current ranking WirtschaftsWoche awards Orth Kluth as "TOP Law Firm 2020" in the field of public procurement law and recommends Dr. Michael Sitsen as "TOP Lawyer 2020".

Orth Kluth is happy about the renewed award of the practice group, which confirms the successful performance in all kinds of public procurement law issues. A further fixed component of the team is the cooperation within the competence team rail, which advises with special expertise and experience in the field of public transport and local passenger transport as well as railway law.

In cooperation with the Handelsblatt Research Institute, more than 900 lawyers in about 100 law firms were asked to nominate the most renowned colleagues. After the results were evaluated by a jury of experts, a final list of 40 leading law firms and 57 specially recommended lawyers for public procurement law was drawn up.
