Orth Kluth Of Counsel Prof. Dr. Kristoff Ritlewski was appointed to the Chair of Law at the HTW Berlin on October 1st. He teaches there with a focus on trademark law, competition law, copyright law and antitrust law.

Prof. Dr. Kristoff Ritlewski Of Counsel has been with Orth Kluth since 2017, having previously worked in law firms as a lawyer in Hamburg and as a salary partner in Berlin.

Kristoff Ritlewski has been Counsel of the Center for Transnational IP, Media and Technology Law and Policy at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg since 2008. Before his appointment to the HTW Berlin, he held a professorship at the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences for Private Business Law.
