Prof. Dr. Patrick Ostendorf LL.M.
Patrick Ostendorf advises on antitrust law, the law of regulated markets as well as domestic and international contract and public procurement law. He joined Orth Kluth in 2004 and was appointed as Of Counsel in 2008. In 2009 he initially attained a professorship in business law at the Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences and, since 2014, at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences.
He is a Fellow at the European Law Institute and is Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (non practising).
Patrick Ostendorf studied history and law at the Universities of Constance and Berlin. From 2003 to 2004 he completed an LL.M. course at King´s College in London.
