Marieke Schwarz advises in the areas of public commercial law as well as public procurement law. Her practice focuses on environmental law (including waste law and contaminated sites), construction and planning law as well as monument protection law. Marieke Schwarz also advises on public procurement and state aid law as well as commercial road traffic law.
Marieke Schwarz joined Orth Kluth as a lawyer in 2014 and was appointed Salary Partner in 2020.
She studied law at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn and completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Cologne Higher Regional Court. She subsequently worked as a research assistant at Gleiss Lutz. Marieke Schwarz successfully completed the specialist lawyer course for Administrative Law in 2017.
