Kai Enzweiler specialises in real estate law. His practice focuses on real estate transactions, project development and real estate management. He also advises on commercial tenancy law and the German Condominium Act (Wohnungseigentumsgesetz / WEG). He has been a Salary Partner at Orth Kluth since 2013.
Kai Enzweiler began his professional career in 1997 at what is now Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft, where he established the Real Estate Law Department in Düsseldorf. He subsequently worked as an in-house lawyer in several legal departments, including the Arcandor group where he was in charge of the project development, followed by the legal department and property management for the project developers mfi and Frankonia Eurobau where he headed the legal department and project management section. He was responsible for numerous real estate transactions and project developments at both domestic and international level. As managing director of real estate companies, domestic and abroad, he also had commercial management responsibility.
