Dr. Janis Heiliger
Janis Heiliger advises on private construction law, architectural and engineering law. His consulting practice focuses on drafting and negotiation of building and planning contracts as well as project-related legal advice. His work focuses in particular on the enforcement and defence of fee claims by architects and engineers. He also represents clients in construction-related and arbitration proceedings. He further has extensive experience in brogerage law. Janis Heiliger joined Orth Kluth in 2012, having previously worked for RWP Rechtsanwälte since 2007.
Janis Heiliger studied law at the University of Giessen and received his Doctorate in Law from Distance-Learning University in Hagen in 2007.
Janis Heiliger is a Certified Specialist in Construction and Architectural Law (Fachanwalt für Bau- und Architektenrecht). He is also permanent staff of the law revue IBR IBR Immobilien- und Baurecht (id-Verlag).
